Returns and Exchanges
At Unica Pelle customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We take full responsibility for what we sell. In case you receive a defective or damaged Product, we offer a free and easy exchange policy. Please do remember that we do encourage You to inspect the Product before accepting the delivery of the Product.
Please do note that this exchange and returns policy shall be read with our Terms of Use available at Terms and Conditions all the terms which are capitalised here have the same meaning ascribed to them under the Terms of Use of Unica Pelle.
Unica Pelle does not allow cancellation of orders of Products once confirmed by Unica Pelle as per its Terms of Use. However, only in case of defect or damage or Product being lost in transit/while out for delivery or if Product delivered is different from what you had ordered (“Default”), Unica Pelle may accept return and replacement/repair of the Product(s). In the unlikely event of a Default, You may return the Product unused, in its original packaging and tags.
Please note that:
● Merchandise bought during a sale/special offer will be exchanged within the same sale period, only with the Products which are available on sale/special offer.
● We will not be liable for any damages that may be caused to Product during transit.
You may return the Product to us in the following manner:
● In case of a default You shall inform Unica Pelle within 24 (Twenty Four) hours from the date of receipt of the Product or from the date on which the Product was to be delivered. Exchange of the Products purchased from the Platform, shall be allowed if the Product(s) is in its original condition with the original invoice.
● You may write to us orders@unicapelle.com and request a return or exchange. You shall provide us with photographs of the Default in case of defect or damage of Product. Upon receipt of your email informing Unica Pelle regarding a Default we will internally assess Your complaint and if the Default is genuine, we will send You an acknowledgement email. Upon receipt of the acknowledgement email You will arrange for the Product to be collected from the delivery address through courier to be delivered to Us along with the original invoice and courier receipt. Please ensure that the Product shall reach Unica Pelle within 5 (days) of receiving acknowledgement email from Unica Pelle. Please note that Unica Pelle will not be responsible or liable for any charges for such return of the Products, such charges shall be borne by You. Further, Unica Pelle will not be liable for any damage(s) to the Product or loss of Products during transit. In case of damage or loss of Product during such transit Unica Pelle will not be liable for replacement of the Product.
● Once the Product is picked and reaches our location, We perform a quality check on the Product(s) within 2 (Two) working days and on Our own discretion we may process return/exchange/repair post quality check, provided the merchandise is unused condition and in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/exchange may not be possible.
● Before accepting delivery of any Product, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and write to us at orders@unicapelle.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
● At the time of delivery of the Product, You will be given a courier receipt, which is to be retained for future reference. Please also keep a copy of the sales invoice for future reference. We will send the original invoice back to you through courier, after processing your return/exchange request.
● In case a Product is beyond repair and We are not able to replace the Product purchased by You with a same or similar Product we may, at our own discretion, refund the money You have paid us for purchasing the Product to the same bank account/debit/credit card through which we received the money. We will ensure that the refund is processed from our end at the earliest but the same may take anywhere between 20 (Twenty) to 30 (Thirty) business days.
