Leather Care Tips

Everyday Care
  • Leather can stretch. Avoid overfilling your handbag, purse or wallet to maintain its original silhouette.
  • Take extra care with leather items you use often. Take the time each month to wipe away dust and spots with a soft cloth or brush.
  • Scratches can detract from a flawlessly crafted piece. Take care to avoid contact with heavily embellished clothes, sharp surfaces, or chunky jewellery when you are out and about.
  • Wet leather requires extra care, so if rain is forecast, remember to carry an umbrella!
Storing your Leather Goods
  • Store leather away from direct sunlight as this can cause fading.
  • Store handbags in a dust bag to avoid scratches.
  • Avoid using plastic bags, they prevent good ventilation.
  • Store leather away from artificial sources of heat, e.g. heaters can cause leather to dry and crack.
#1 How to Clean Your Leather Accessories at Home
  1. Use a cotton cloth to remove excess moisture and dust.
  2. Make sure you rub it gently else it can lead to discoloration.
  3. To clean the fittings on the bag all you have to do is rub those gently with a slightly wet cloth. Make sure the cloth is not too wet!
#2 How to Wriggle the Weather Effect
  1. We deliver silica gel along with our bags that must be kept inside it while storing those in a closed space.
  2. You can also keep naphthalene balls or camphor cubes in the cupboard while storing your leather accessories for extra measures.
#3 What to Avoid

Strictly avoid the use of any local leather polish on our accessories as they will hamper the quality of the accessories.
